My light quit working, dealing with the warranty side of things was such a hassle. I’ll admit I’m already not very patient with slow customer service, but the back-and-forth here was especially annoying. Replies took forever, they kept asking me for more info, and in the end, nothing actually got resolved. It felt like they were just dragging it out and hoping I’d stop bothering them. I personally wouldn’t buy from them again.

I used this for a few weeks hoping I’d notice some kind of improvement, but my skin looked pretty much the same the whole time. Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it was a reminder that not every product is going to be the magic fix. I kind of regret buying it, but at least now I know it’s not the right fit for my skin.

I bought this thinking it would be super easy to move around, and I can say with complete confidence that it is absolutely not that. It’s awkward to carry, the size is more annoying than I expected, and the setup makes it feel like way more of a hassle than it should be.

If you’re planning to just leave it in one spot forever, then sure, it might be totally fine. But for travel or moving it around regularly? No chance. Portability was the whole reason I got it, so yeah, I’m disappointed

I kept checking the tracking, but for days it seemed like nothing was happening, and there weren’t really any clear next steps or updates about what I was supposed to do besides just wait. The product might end up being fine, but the whole delivery process was frustrating and left me annoyed...

I expected it to cover a lot more, but it barely handles anything. For what it is, it just doesn’t really feel worth it.

The panel does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain about that. But the build quality? It just feels cheaper than I expected. The stand has a noticeable wobble, and there’s a small gap in the casing on one corner. For the price, shouldn’t it feel a little more solid?

The timer does what I need for the most part, but it feels a little clunky. Every now and then it doesn’t save my session length, so I have to go back and set it up again, which gets annoying. It’s not a huge deal, but for something people are just trying to use to stay on track, it feels fair to expect the setup to be a bit smoother.

I reached out to support and expected some kind of response, but I never heard back at all. Frustrating when you’re just left waiting with NO reply.

This light is kind of disappointing. It only feels strong when I’m basically holding it right up against whatever I’m trying to use it on. For the price, I expected a lot more power. It almost feels like they made the photos or description seem better than the actual product so people would just assume it was stronger.

I’m not saying I expected some miracle, but my sleep didn’t improve at all. If anything, there were a few nights where I felt even more restless than usual.

I’ve had mine for a bit, and it just hasn’t lasted the way I hoped. The buttons started acting flaky, the lights don’t seem as bright anymore, and overall it feels cheaper now than it did at first. For what it costs, I think it’s fair to expect something that holds up better. I’m not trying to be harsh, but people should be able to spend their money and get a decent product in return. Disappointing.

I was hoping this would help with my sore legs, but i didn’t notice much of a difference. My recovery felt about the same as usual, so I’d say save your time if you’re expecting noticeable relief.

I got my order from vitalredlight.com and the packaging was, well, alright I guess. The box had a dent on one side, which made me a little worried at first, but luckily nothing inside was broken or messed up. There was enough padding in there, so that part was fine, but it could of been packed a bit more neat, if that makes sense. For the price I was expecting it to look a little better when it showed up. Not terrible, just not super impressive either. 3 stars.
